 SUP YOGA!
Join myself Lonna Sheen (Certified Yoga Instructor) and Nicole Wallace (SRT 2 certified, Canadian Coast Guard, Certified kiteboarding instructor, as well as paddler & swimmer extraordinaire) for a two hour intro to SUP Yoga!

Intro SUP YOGA 1 Workshop:
SUP Yoga is a combination of Stand Up Paddling and Yoga, the emphasis on core stability is a wonderful addition to the yoga practice and the paddling experience. You will spend the first half hour of the class learning to paddle, accessing the water safely, and getting comfortable with the board and paddle, the final hour we will anchor our boards in shallow water and begin our yoga practice. This course is designed to equip each student with the basics of SUP and SUP Yoga all at once. It is the best way to start practicing this wonderful sport!
*All levels welcome!



What you need:
*SUP board ideally 10' long and 32" wide (If you do not have a board you can rent from Ruins board shop) - http://www.ruins.ca/
*SUP board paddle
*Towel
*Change of clothes
*Dress accordingly to weather (tights, stretchy shorts, tank top,bathing suit, hoody, wind breaker)


Maximum group size is 10 people.
This a pre-registration course, to secure your spot please email me, you can make payment through EMT, cash or check.
This course is weather permitting. We will keep you posted with alternatives as the time approaches.
