Yoga of the Mind, Body and Spirit!
True progress in yoga means more than physical accomplishments of flexibility, strength and balance.
In the bigger picture of yoga, flexibility means an open mind,
strength means integrity of character, and
balance means peace of mind even in difficult circumstances.
That is when we know we're really practicing yoga!
